Structured Training & Quality Standards

Training Excellence

Consistent, high-quality cleaning starts with proper training. Our structured program provides our team with the expertise, techniques, and confidence required to deliver superior results.

Foundational Principles

Our Training Is Structured Around Three Core Pillars

01

How to Execute Each Cleaning Task Correctly

Our training program delivers in-depth guidance on all cleaning procedures and industry best practices. Team members are trained in the most effective methods for every task, including dusting, sanitizing, vacuuming, damp mopping, proper equipment use, machine operation, and more. This approach ensures accuracy, uniformity, and outstanding quality throughout every area of your facility.

02

How to Perform Services in Compliance With Your Building’s SOP

As part of our onboarding process, we develop a fully customized SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) tailored specifically to your building’s requirements. This SOP is then converted into a clear, easy-to-follow Cleaning Schedule that outlines each task systematically. There is no room for uncertainty — every possible detail our team may encounter is documented in advance.

03

How We Ensure Safe Operations (OSHA Alignment)

Safety is a critical component of professional commercial cleaning. Our team receives comprehensive training in safety procedures in full alignment with OSHA Standards. This training covers proper equipment use, safe chemical handling, SDS (Safety Data Sheets) awareness, correct PPE utilization, and proactive measures to reduce the risk of accidents.

Hygiene Protection Protocol

Color-Coded System: Defense Against Cross-Contamination

To ensure a consistently safe and hygienic environment, we implement a strict color-coded system for all microfiber cloths and mop heads. Each color is designated for a specific area, reducing the risk of cross-contamination and helping maintain elevated cleaning standards throughout your facility.

Microfiber Cloths Allocation:

Blue ClothGlass and mirror surfaces

Zero-lint, streak-free polish for mirrors, interior glass partitions, and windows.

Green ClothGeneral surface cleaning

Office desks, conference tables, cabinets, doors, and standard work surfaces.

Yellow ClothCafeteria & food prep areas

Kitchen countertops, dining tables, breakroom sinks, and appliance exteriors.

Pink ClothSinks, countertops & dispensers

Restroom vanity counters, soap dispensers, and non-porous hygiene fixtures.

White ClothToilets and urinals

High-risk sanitary ware with strict single-area isolation protocol.

Damp Mop Floor Protocol:

Blue Damp Mop
Restroom and sanitary floor areas only
Green Damp Mop
All remaining commercial, lobby, and office floor areas
Fundamental Standard: We never reuse mop water from one service day to the next. Clean, fresh water and sanitized microfiber pads are used during every visit without exception.
Clinical Sanitation Protocol

Our Proprietary Core 4® Process

Our commercial cleaning protocols follow CDC and AORN guidelines for cleaning and disinfection. Our proprietary Core 4® process supports uninterrupted business operations by effectively neutralizing viruses, bacteria, and pathogens that can trigger illnesses and workplace outbreaks.
